CRLA's Blanca Banuelos was recently in the Ninth Circuit to fight for her client, Jose Arias. Mr. Arias filed a wage claim against his employer, the attorney for the employer responded by trying to deport Jose! Jose is demanding justice against the attorney for this outrageous workers' rights retaliation attempt.
