A Riverside County Superior Court judge has ordered the owners of a ramshackle mobile home park in Thermal to take immediate steps to restore power there.
About 40 people, representing nearly half of the Los Gatos mobile home park's residents, have been without electricity since Sept. 8 following a minor electrical blaze.
